CJC-1295 (No DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend — GHRH + GHRP Growth-Hormone-Axis Synergy
This blend combines CJC-1295 without DAC — a tetrasubstituted GHRH analogue also known as Modified GRF (1-29) — with Ipamorelin, a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue. The “no DAC” form has a short half-life that produces a pulsatile, physiologic GH-release profile, while Ipamorelin adds a second, independent trigger through the ghrelin receptor. It is the most studied GHRH + GHRP pairing in growth-hormone research.
Available Formats
- 5mg + 5mg (10mg total per vial)
- 10mg + 10mg (20mg total per vial)
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) for multi-use stability, or Sterile Water for single-use protocols. Store lyophilized vials at 2–8°C.
Key Research Areas
📈 Synergistic GH / IGF-1 Axis
CJC-1295 agonizes the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs to raise the amplitude of the GH pulse, while Ipamorelin agonizes the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) to initiate the pulse and help suppress somatostatin — together studied for greater, more sustained endogenous GH secretion than either alone.
🔥 Body Composition
Elevated GH and downstream IGF-1 signaling are studied for lean-mass support and fat metabolism in body-composition research models.
🩹 Recovery & Connective Tissue
GH-mediated repair pathways are investigated for connective-tissue and recovery research.
⏳ Sleep & Aging
GH pulsatility’s relationship to slow-wave sleep and age-related GH decline is a continued area of research interest.
