CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29, is a stabilized analogue of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions that resist enzymatic degradation. Without the DAC modification, it retains a half-life of ~30 minutes — closely mimicking natural GHRH signalling and enabling pulsatile GH research protocols.
