How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 2-5 business days for rest of canada after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from within Canada to ensure faster delivery and reliable service.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 24 or less after payment confirmation

How is tracking provided?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure online payment methods, including etransfer and crypto, as well as other available checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted and secure gateways.

What happens after placing an order?

Rest assured, we take privacy seriously. All packages are discreetly packed and wrapped, without any mention of our organization’s name or the contents inside. Your confidentiality is our priority.

Are our products safe?

By placing an order with Ehbuddy.io, the Purchaser:

Acknowledges that Ehbuddy.io does not sell health products;

Further Acknowledges that all products available in vial form or spray on Ehbuddy.io are sold for lab, industrial and research purposes only and are not intended nor authorized for administration to humans or animals. These products are not drugs, natural health products, health or nutrition alternatives, additives, or similar products. None of the products for sale in vial form or tablet form , Ehbuddy.io are authorized or approved for use in humans or animals. These products may contain inherently harmful ingredients and may pose serious health risks if used by individuals;

Further Acknowledges that Ehbuddy.io may, at its sole discretion, refuse the sale of products to customers intending to use these products for human or animal use; and

Affirms that they are a duly qualified practitioner, academic, laboratory technologist, or industrial technician; that the products purchased will be used for laboratory, industrial or research purposes only; and that they will not use, or permit the use of, these products as a health product in humans or animals.

Additionally, the listing of a material on Ehbuddy.io does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained RESEARCH or LABORATORY professionals only.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at canadapost.ca

Is signature required on delivery?

It is not unless you request it.

If I provide wrong mailing address by mistake, What happens now?

If you’ve accidentally provided an incorrect or incomplete mailing address, unfortunately, we won’t be able to retrieve your package. It’s crucial to double-check your mailing address before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for errors in the address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to the sender, it will be considered lost as our return address is not valid. Please ensure accuracy to avoid any inconvenience.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, as we do not have a physical location in Canada

What if my package is lost?

While we recommend using Canada Post’s address lookup tool to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for lost packages.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes but this option is only available through Canada Post.

What type of mail do you use and how much is shipping?

We normally ship with Canada post and have free shipping on purchases over $350. During the Canada post strike we are using other couriers. Free shipping will not apply while we are using these couriers.

Where do you ship?

Ehbuddy ships within Canada only. We do not make exceptions.

Why am I not receiving your emails/payment instructions?

Sometimes, our emails might end up in your spam or junk folders. Simply whitelist our email address or reach out to us at Contact@Ehbuddypeptides.io if you haven’t heard from us within 12 hours.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
